Instead of working in one department, we’relooking for new Team Members to work across different teams onresort to support our guests and provide them with a fantasticexperience during their stay with Butlin’s.
When working with our Accommodation & Cleaning teamyou will be cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, kitchens andliving areas and we provide a buddy system with full training onall cleaning methods as part of our Clean & Fault Freeprogram.

When working in our buffetsrestaurants, you will work split shifts of breakfast and dinnerwelcoming guests, clearing and resetting tables, working with thechefs on the buffet counters and handling all allergens and dietaryqueries. 

This role is full time covering aminimum of 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with Mondays and Fridayessential.

Previous experience is not necessary aswe will give you all the training you need. We are much moreinterested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making adifference to our guests.

As a Team Member Plus,you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation andthen will work in one of our Buffet restaurants for the rest of theweek working breakfast and dinner shifts to our hungry guests on adining package.

Noexperience? No problem We will provide you with all the supportand training you need to ensure you develop the skills to workconfidently in all areas relevant to your role.
