We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie located in Ascot. Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in Ascot. The successful Pastry Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail.

The PersonThe Pastry Chef De Partie will have:Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5 star environmentHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchenHave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailBe driven and willing to mentor junior chefsHave the confidence to create and be innovativeLeadership skillsStrong communicator with good interpersonal skills
