Chef de Partie

We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at De Vere Cranage Estate in Holmes Chapel.

We have a variety of shifts available to suit you - whether you are looking for additional hours or Part Time work around other commitments.You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment within our events and leisure Hotel, as part of a talented and hardworking brigade.

As a Chef in our brigade you will;
Have prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment
Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
Prepare ingredients while supporting the kitchen brigade
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
Ensure you have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
