They will work closely with other team members,stakeholders, and Clients to ensure project success.  Theprojects will involve the installation of electrical and civilswork associated with the provision of EV Chargingsites. 

TheSenior Quantity Surveyorwill be based out of our officein Liverpool and will support a team of construction managers,designers, planners, schedulers, and electricians, who will beresponsible for the planning and scheduling of surveys, design andinstallation work.

As a SeniorQuantity Surveyor your duties & responsibilities willbe:

Commercial Management: contributing to ourcompliance with commercial processes and procedures. RiskManagement: timely identification and mitigation / communication ofprogramme risks Building and maintaining relationships: buildingstrong relationships with our clients and other stakeholders.Thisinvolves regular communication, understanding their needs andgoals, and addressing any concerns orescalations. Supporting systems and processes that willcontribute to a sustainable and commercially viable pipeline ofwork in line with any agreed Service Level Agreements(SLAs). Collaborating with other members of the team:working closely with internal and subcontractor teams, such as SHEQand Operational, to ensure customer needs are met and that we areproviding the best possible service

 Skills& Knowledge Requirements:

  • Minimum5 years experience of quantity surveying.
  • Electrical or civils experience isdesirable.
  • Goodknowledge of MS Office including Excel.
  • Experience of accounting systems egOracle.
  • Experience of managingSub-contracts.
  • Aworking knowledge of standard forms of contract in particular theNEC form.
  • Abilityto work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Time management skills: ability to manage timeeffectively to complete the project within the giventimeline.
  • Decision-making skills: has the ability to makeinformed decisions that align with the projectobjectives.
  • Health& Safety - Knowledge of the CDMRegulation
