  • We’ll lookto you to support the delivery of regulatory learning strategiesand mandatory training initiatives
  • You’ll workwith, and support the NatWest Markets Mandatory Learning Lead inthe embedding of our regulatory learning strategy as a riskmitigation tool.
  • You’ll support the management,coordination, and governance of the regulatory learning curriculum,ensuring alignment with conduct, compliance, business objectivesand diverse regional needs through the annual training needsanalysis and plan
  • You’ll enjoy considerablestakeholder engagement, working with sponsors, subject matterexperts, and our Learning & Development function to ensurelearning content has measurable objectives and appropriate contentand module governancemaintained

Whatyou’ll do

This is a highimpact role in which you’ll embed our regulatory learning strategy.You’ll undertake and support the evaluation of learninginitiatives, helping the assessment of effectiveness and riskmitigation impact.

As well asthis, you’ll be responsiblefor:

  • Using data todrive continuous improvement
  • Working inpartnership with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensureseamless execution of the learning strategy and address anyemerging needs
  • Ensuring learning content hasappropriate and effectivecontent

Theskills you’llneed

We’relooking for someone with expertise in regulatory learning andgovernance in the context of a global financial markets business.Along with experience of learning effectiveness assessmentapproaches and data analytics, you’ll have knowledge andunderstanding of behavioural and cultural change processes andassociatedchallenges. 

You’llhave experience in the full learning life cycle including learningdesign, advisory, and governance of a regulatory trainingcurriculum as well as expertise in applied learning and developmenttheories, models, and best practices, particularly as they relateto regulatory training.

Aswell as this, you’lldemonstrate:

  • Strongconsultation and collaboration skills, able to work with, support,and influence key sponsors and specialists across business andregions
  • Well-developed verbal communication andpresentation skills, able to present regulatory concepts clearlyand effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solvingskills to support continuous improvement and the development ofcreative solutions
  • Good knowledge andunderstanding of the risk and compliance operating environment,associated policies, procedures, andprotocols
  • Experience of developing learning anddevelopment strategies in a complex business, and driving their usefor strategic advantage
