RegionalBank - Senior Care Assistant

Working as a Regional Bank Senior Care Assistant you willsupport the running of the overall care team and work with othersacross the shift to ensure continuity of services to ourresidents.  You will create a welcoming, supportive andstimulating environment and build relationships with both residentsand their families.  As one of the largest healthcareproviders in the UK it’s important to us to couple great care withmeaningful and enjoyable experiences.

As aRegional Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will work across a numberof care homes, which is to cover absence, holiday and maternityleave.  You will be expected to work at different homes, whichcan span up to a 30 miles radius.

As a Regional Bank Senior Care Assistant youwill be:

  • Responsiblefor delivering a high quality of care and providing support andguidance to the care team and leading by example
  • Reviewing and updating care plans ensuring they meetsresidents needs and wishes
  • Planning andreviewing staff rota’s to ensure care support is available at alltimes
  • Promoting high standards of care byensuring you deliver exceptional care duties and all staff aresupervised appropriately and shifts run smoothly andefficiently
  • Ensuring all areas across the CareHome are kept clean, tidy and pleasant for all residents and familymembers
  • Communicating professional and warmlywith visitors, family members and other health careprofessionals
  • Promoting the Home in aprofessional manner and raise awareness of the Home within thelocal community

Our senior care assistantsmust hold a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care andcan evidence working in a health care environment
