Real Estate Solicitor NQ+ - Newcastle

Think Legal Recruitment are working alongside a national law firm who are looking for a junior real estate solicitor to join their market leading real estate healthcare practice in their Newcastle office.

The right candidate will be around NQ-2 years' PQE, ideally having worked in a real estate team that has strong ties to the healthcare sector. The firm will also look at those solicitors with broader sector experience who have a genuine interest in healthcare work.

Day to day you will be working on a broad range of real estate transactions dealing with acquisitions and disposals, asset management, and providing strategic advice to large organisations. 

Large clients are public healthcare organisations including NHS England and NHS Trusts as well as private health and social care providers.

The firm are market leaders in the Healthcare sector and the work they do in this space in unrivalled. You will be working under leading lawyers both regionally and nationally.

As a private practice firm they are one of the most flexible nationally. There is hybrid working as standard, where lawyers are genuinely encouraged to split time between the office and home, and the ability to work flexibly around start and finish times.

Salary is competitive for the region based on experience + benefits.
