I am looking for a Chef de Partie to assist and support the Senior Chefs in the daily operations and support the team in their absence.

You will work alongside other senior chefs to assist the Culinary Director to drive the operation and ensure a luxury experience for our customers and achieving business objectives and goals.

You will be responsible for running a controlled and smooth kitchen service to deliver quality food and a luxury experience to all the guests for multiple outlets across the hotel and golf course.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast moving, quality driven culinary team. It would be most welcome if you had a 5-Star environment background.
