Your Role

Fraud Analysts are at the heart of maintaining the profitability and compliance of our lending business, combating fraudulent activity on our retail credit proposition. They work closely with our data, systems and customer management teams to help optimise Fraud prevention tools and strategies, delivering the right outcomes for the business and customers.

What you will be doing

Develop monitoring of transactions, account activity, and customer behaviour to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud Work with the Fraud Manager to prepare detailed reports on detected fraud, and emerging fraud trends, including recommendations for preventive measures Create and maintain Management Information for Fraud metrics Support the Money Laundering Nominated Officer and customer services teams in the review of suspicious activity and the preparation and onward reporting of suspicious activity reports. What value you can bring

Data manipulation and analysis using SQL, SAS, or similar Intermediate Excel skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication (written and verbal) Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver objectives independently Knowledge of prevalent fraud techniques, fraud tools and emerging trends in the industry Please take note of our Pactt Behaviours to enable us to build our culture the way we like to
