Responsibilities:

As a general cover teacher, you will play a crucial role, supporting students learning in the absence of regular classroom teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering Engaging Lessons: Creating and delivering lesson plans that cater to students varied learning styles, ensuring an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Building Positive Relationships: Build a positive and supportive rapport with students, colleagues and parents, promoting a collective learning atmosphere.

Adaptability: Be prepared to cover a variety of subjects and year groups, showing flexibility and versatility in your teaching approach.

Maintaining Classroom Culture: Manage and maintain an encouraging learning environment, ensuring students stay focused and engaged in the absence of the regular teacher.

Reporting: Provide timely and accurate feedback on student progress, completing the required documentation and communicating effectively.

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS Check

* Relevant Qualifications: Possess relevant teaching or education qualifications, or experience within a school setting.

* Demonstrate flexibility, with the ability to thrive in various teaching environments and adjust quickly to changing circumstances.

Additional Details:

Hours: This is a part-time position.

Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location: Oxfordshire
