This is a great experience for a Pastoral worker to work in a mainstream Secondary school in Bromley as a Pastoral Support Worker support learners to achieve and progress by supporting them in relation to their social and emotional wellbeing, with the attempt to improve their mental health.

• You should have strong behavioural management skills and worked with children who have challenging behaviour
• Pastoral Support Worker who has had experience with monitoring children's attendance, behaviour, and progress
• You be working and liaising with the behavioural team, leadership ream and other pastoral teams, to create positive relationships between staff and children.
• As a Pastoral worker you are responsible for identify concerns, risks, and barriers to students preventing them to progress, with the mental and social needs or the academic studies. You'll work with parents/carers, colleagues, and external agencies to overcome them
