We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a distribution company based between Brierley Hill and Stourbridge. This role will suit someone who is bright, determined, driven, and used to working in a target driven environment

Main duties of the role will be:
  • Calling existing customers, developing your own customer base.
  • Prospecting customers daily to drive business forward.
  • Looking to chase and convert sales quotations.
  • Account managing a large number of customers
  • Supporting a team of sales Representatives
  • Researching companies, generating leads via internet, social media and other relevant channels.

The successful candidate will have the following skills.
  • Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  •  Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
  •  Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin.
  •  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  •  Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills.
  •  Good attention to detail.
  •  Strong communication skills.
  •  Enthusiastic and sociable.
