As a Process Engineer within the FMCG industry, you will be an integral part of the Engineering & Manufacturing department, providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of production processes. Description

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Provide technical support to the production team and troubleshoot any process-related issues
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new product introductions
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality control
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations
  • Implement training programs for production staff to ensure understanding of processes
  • Participate in audits and ensure processes meet industry standards
  • Contribute to the development of manufacturing strategies

Profile

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in using process improvement methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
