Job Description
We are now looking to welcome a new and inspirational Student Support Manager to join our expanding team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting staff and parents to ensure the highest standards of behaviour are met within the relevant section of the school. You will need to have successful recent experience of working with students at secondary school age. You will work as part of a strong team and are also able to establish a rapport with young people and foster positive relationships.
This will be a rewarding post within an extremely supportive working environment. Previous experience of working with children in a support learning environment would be an advantage and knowing how to support vulnerable students would be essential.

The position is 37 hours per week (Mon-Thur 08:00 - 16:00pm, Fri 08:00 - 15:30pm), 37 weeks per year, plus inset days (38 weeks total)
