The Role
The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious assistant management accountant to join the Club L London Finance Team, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. This role will be to fully support the busy finance department in ensuring accurate and timely management accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support in the continuous improvement of month-end processes
- Supporting with the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Processing monthly accruals and prepayments
- Assisting on reporting contribution by location
- Support on Business Partnering departments across the business
- Support on reconciliation of Revenue control accounts
- Management and Submission of UK and EU tax returns
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly Payroll
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Support on the annual financial audit
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts for subsidiary businesses What does good look like?
- CIMA or ACCA part qualified
- AAT Qualified or Degree
- Previous experience of at least 3 years finance department
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with other team members to ensure work is delivered
on time
- Results driven and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
