This is a rare opportunity to join the senior team of a rapidly expanding company with large growth plans across new markets. Join the team as a Finance Manager on a permanent basis at their headquarters site based near Banbury.

Working with the world s go-to campervans and motorhomes, their craftsmanship to configure and upgrade is second to none, leaving customers with a one-of-a-kind model to embark on their camping adventures worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the senior team as a Finance Manager, driving innovation and using your financial acumen to shape their future

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of Sage Intacct, transitioning from Xero, and will oversee the daily operations of our finance team. You will provide financial insights and support for various company projects, maintaining the brand's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

Team Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate financial reporting.

Monthly Management Reporting:

  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to senior management.

Stock Management Review:

  • Monitor and review stock management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and refine financial processes to align with the new Sage Intacct system.

External Auditors Liaison:

  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audits.

Balance Sheet Review:

  • Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial health.

Project Assistance:

  • Provide financial insights and support for various company projects.

Who is our ideal Finance Manager?

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Qualified, part-qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in finance or accounting.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in a diverse business environment, ideally within a vehicle fit-out and resale business.
  • Systems Knowledge: Prior experience with Sage Intacct or other Sage systems is highly advantageous.
  • Stock Control: Strong understanding of stock control processes and systems.
  • Departmental Accounts: Ability to manage and work with departmental accounts.
  • Inter-company Accounting: Experience in handling inter-company accounting transactions.
  • Process Orientation: Strong process orientation with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Additional Information

  • This role is office-based at the headquarters near Banbury.
  • Some travel will be required to our manufacturing site, which is located within 10 miles of the HQ.
