We are currently recruiting a Barista Supervisor to be a part of our integral team here at The Pavillion, Farnborough.

What you'll be doing

Supervising a team of baristas, ensuring the smooth daily running of the outlet Placing orders and stock take Managing schedules Serving a range of food and beverages to customers Making coffees and other hot beverages Operating the till and taking cashless payments Stocking up and rotating stock Cleaning public areas/back of house Providing excellent customer service throughout

Experience

Previous catering/hospitality experience essential along with great customer service skills Previous supervisor experience Barista training desirable Flexible approach to shift times
