Laser Operator

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to cut, drill, and engrave various materials. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure the accurate production of parts according to specifications.

Duties:
- Operate laser cutting machines to cut, drill, and engrave materials as per job requirements.
- Assemble and weld components using laser technology.
- Utilise grinding techniques to refine finished products.
- Perform tooling setups and adjustments for efficient machine operation.
- Apply basic math skills to interpret blueprints and measurements accurately.
- Work with sheet metal to fabricate parts with precision.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Utilise hand tools effectively in the production process.

Experience:
- Previous experience in laser operation or similar manufacturing roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding mechanical processes.
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Experience working with sheet metal is a plus.
