Breakfast Chef 12.50 + tips

The Manor house is a beautiful hotel based on the Dorset coast. We are recruiting for a breakfast chef to join our kitchen team. Shifts from 7am - 12noon 5 days per week. More hours maybe available with the increase in trade over the summer months.

Must be able to run Breakfast on their own and also be part of team on busier days.

Essential Skills

Good level of prep and culinary skills. Good presentation skills with a good focus on attention to detailGreat work ethic and is punctual and dependable Understands the importance of the safer foods better business proceduresHas a 'can do' attitude and is able to take direction from Managers
