De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel are recruiting for a Reservationist to join the team on a part time basis
As a Reservationist you will assist with our guests booking experience. You will respond to enquiries and help to secure guest bookings through providing exceptional service over the telephone and via email. You will input all reservations in to our booking system ensuring everything is recorded accurately and help to upsell additional items for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
In return the role offers £12.27 per hour plus excellent benefits
What we look for in a Reservationist:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to positively respond to all guest enquiries The ability to upsell through an intuitive approach, making recommendations to enhance the guests stay and generate additional revenue, whether it be a spa treatment or dinner reservation An eye for detail to ensure every detail is considered and information is accurately recorded on our booking systems Experience in a similar role where you have delivered high standards of customer service Most of all, you will need a warm, friendly and genuine approach to positively represent De Vere and ensure everyone feels welcomeBenefits:
