This role presents a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience, working closely with our team and gaining hands-on exposure to managing our social media platforms, overseeing in-store projects, and running digital events.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing a retail B2C brand while also being eager to adapt to evolving social trends. While a formal marketing qualification is not essential, you should demonstrate strong experience in social media management, successful campaign involvement, content creation, and digital marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage launch initiatives for new products, events, and brand awareness projects.
  • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including managing company and brand websites, digital and print communications, and advertising through platforms like Google and Meta through PPC and paid social.
  • Oversee social media marketing, influencer collaborations, content creation, and the marketing budget.
  • Analyse the performance of marketing efforts through weekly and monthly reports.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration to launch new products or promotions, and managing multichannel marketing.
  • Ability to use consumer insights and data analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Proven budget management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in interacting at all levels.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft or Google platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to creating leads and driving projects to completion.
