Mortgage and Protection Advisor

My client is looking for a Qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in their award winning team.

What is on offer?

  • Competitive salary (£30k-£40k basic) OTE £60k
  • Uncapped commission
  • Flexible working pattern
  • 75% of business will be generated from existing clients

Main responsibilities of this role
  • Be visible in the office everyday.
  • Attracting new clients and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
  • Be able to guide clients through the entire mortgage process including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet clients needs.
  • Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets

Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Experienced mortgage & protection adviser.
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer service experience.
  • Resilient, detail oriented and determined.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
