Your key accountabilities will include:
Drive consistency of all Processes, ensuring best practise Ensure all Processes are tracked and traceable, with clear value measures and outcomes, to support Colleague Services efficiency and effectiveness Developing and implementing strategies for improving operational efficiency. Encouraging a culture of innovation and improvement within the team. Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and issues including frequency of adaptations, and reasons for these Analyse performance data to provide insight and trends that will lead to improvement - use analytical models and agreed principles of review Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
Experience with defining and establishing critical metrics for process and controls Experience of implementing new/changed processes and finding opportunities for improvement Ability to influence business partners using objective and fact-based analysis able to stand up to scrutiny and strong on story telling in order to convey complex information to a non-technical audience. Able to challenge the status quo in a way and maintain strong business partner relationships Commercially astute - able to relate and relay business benefits M&S is ready to push boundaries to lead the retail industry into a greener, speedier, more inspiring digital era. We're an in-person business and have core collaboration days in our Support Centre each week. For most teams, this is 3 working days where we come together to collaborate, innovate, and serve our customers brilliantly.
