We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our school as Lead Practitioner for Personal Development, someone who shares our values and vision in helping to move our school to “Outstanding”.
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a track record of having an impact on every student’s individual learning path both inside and outside of the classroom, with excellent classroom practice preferably as a teacher of Nurture.
Working alongside the Senior Assistant Headteacher you will further develop Lathom’s Personal Development Curriculum to ensure that this is accessible for all students, allowing them to grow and develop their wider qualities.
