Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Solicitor to join the growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in providing commercial legal advice and support to a varied client base.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients from innovative start-ups to established multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive legal advice on commercial matters Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including Terms & Conditions, distribution agreements and IT contractsAdvising start-up businesses on legal structures, funding, and intellectual property issuesSupporting charities with legal and regulatory compliance, governance issues, and commercial transactionsAssisting SMEs and privately owned businesses with their legal needs, from company formation to commercial dispute resolutionManaging relationships with multinational corporations, ensuring compliance with UK law and facilitating international transactionsContributing to business development efforts and building strong relationships with clientsKeeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal best practices relevant to commercial law

Key Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial lawExtensive experience in handling a diverse range of commercial legal mattersStrong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and complianceProven ability to manage complex transactions and provide pragmatic legal adviceExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of clientsA proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in advising start-ups, charities, and SMEs is highly desirableA client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
