JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Coordinator / Service Administrator / M&E Maintenance Manager

You will work within a small efficient team liaising with our clients that manage sites with our award winning and much-loved public fountains and water features. Our projects are designed and manufactured in-house - and you will work within a team that is dedicated to cleaning, maintaining and upgrading the M&E systems at the heart of each installation. All resources within the group are at our disposal.

You will be responsible for scheduling service visits for our in-house team of service engineers, organising their work permits, tasks for the day, any parts required, and for collating and understanding their site reports. You will need to have a good understanding of M&E installations, be well organised and be an excellent and calm communicator. This is a job for a positive person who enjoys being busy and gains satisfaction from seeing a job well done.

Your day will be spent between organising future service visits and following up on anything that has arisen from previous ones. This includes understanding service reports and dealing with suppliers of replacement parts so that quotes can be submitted in a timely manner for our client's consideration. You will have a team of superb experts to call upon for advice and support but you will need to have a good technical background and be able to work to deadlines.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Project Coordinator / Service Administrator / M&E Maintenance Manager

· You will be skilled in coordinating with a small team of technical service engineers or M&E installation engineers

· You must be an excellent communicator with an ability for giving clear and concise instructions.

· You will have excellent writing skills so that communications with our clients and personnel are accurate and unambiguous

· You will have good numeracy skills and be comfortable discussing financial matters with both clients and our management team

· You will ideally have a practical knowledge of M&E systems / projects, either from working with your hands or in a theoretical but proven field

· You will enjoy being efficient and working alongside colleagues with high standards and a pride in their work

The group is privately owned and is run by three long-term Directors that have dedicated themselves to setting the standard that similar firms aspire to achieve.
