Our client, a leading UK based pharmaceutical company, is seeking three highly skilled and motivated individuals to join their team as a Seniorx2 and Principalx1 BioStatistician. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the industry on a 12-month full-time remote contract.Responsibilities:As the Principal BioStatistician, you will be responsible for:Designing statistical strategies and providing guidance throughout various phases of drug developmentDeveloping study protocolsConducting data analysis using SAS softwareInterpreting results and communicating findings with cross-functional teamsContributing towards regulatory submissionsOverseeing statistical aspects of trialsProviding mentorship and leadership to junior statisticiansQualifications & Skills Required:Our ideal candidate should possess:A master's degree or higher qualification in statistics/biostatisticsSignificant experience working within the clinical research/pharmaceuticals domain/Phase 3Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations including ICH-GCP guidelinesProficiency with programming languages such as R/SAS/PythonStrong communication skills, both written & verbal; ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in oncology, knowledge of endpoints, and proficiency in SAS (Candidates with a strong background in statistics in other therapy areas also considered)Desired skills: Survival analysis, MMRM models, binary endpointsSpecialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
