They are seeking a Group Director of Human Resources and People Development to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for their HR functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive and Group Principal, the role is a significant member of the Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering an empowering culture that supports staff development and drives organisational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring that their people strategies align with their mission to deliver outstanding education and training. Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role is required and applications are welcomed from sectors outside of FE.
