Skills required for this job role consist of:
- Experience of working within Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.
- Preparing and plastering walls
- Programming and maintaining work within domestic and commercial premises.
- Strong ability in tracing, diagnosing and rectifying faults.
- Knowledge of drawing and systematic drawings.
- Demonstrate through knowledge the skills, technology and safety procedures within the field.
- Have customer and client driven attitude to maintain a relationship with them.
