Thank you for expressing an interest in the post of Director of HR at Inicio Educational Trust. This pack tells you more about our Trust, the role and the person we are looking for.

As a Trust, we currently comprise of four secondary schools and one primary school across the London Borough of Bromley, as outlined on the next page. The Trust is in a very exciting place as we are currently in the process of looking to merge with another local trust, SOLA MAT, which would lead to twelve schools being in our Trust family.

Our overarching aim for all our schools is learning together, inspiring all. This is a new post, and an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified professional with drive, ability and creativity who can make a real and direct impact upon our staff body, helping to shape our Trust’s future. They will play a key role in shaping our Trust as we grow, working with the wider team to seek new opportunities to strengthen and enhance our HR provision. We are fortunate to have excellent staff across our schools who have HR as either a whole or part of their job description, and as our trust grows we are now looking for someone to provide the strategic leadership of this vitally important area.

This post is available now, and would suit someone who has experience of driving positive change in schools with a proven track record in human resources. It provides a great opportunity for anyone who wishes to utilise their skills, knowledge and experience to positively impact across a larger organisation.
