A large M&E Contractor, are now seeking a Mechanical Site Manager for a large New Build Commercial project based in the Gloucestershire region.

Our client are a leading blue chip M&E Contractor that work across various project sectors including Healthcare, Education and MOD, turning over in the region of 200M.

The role:

  • Reporting into a Senior PM / visiting Contracts Manager
  • Attendance of meetings on-site
  • Manage and oversee Mechanical installation works from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time and to budget.
  • Responsible for Dealing with sub-contractors and trades
  • Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages
  • Responsible for H&S
  • Overseeing RAMS
  • Progress reports
  • Client Liaison

You will possess the usual construction related certs such as a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid together with relevant Mechanical qualifications.

This position is an immediate start however the client is ideally looking for someone long term so will consider both candidates on a contract or permanent basis.
