Geotechnical Engineer/Engineering Geologist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site investigations and collecting data to assess ground conditions
  • Designing and implementing appropriate geotechnical solutions
  • Preparing technical reports, including detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Providing geotechnical input to projects across various sectors
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Carrying out risk assessments and providing mitigation strategies
  • Managing and supervising on-site activities, including monitoring geotechnical works
  • Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through excellent communication and customer service


Job Requirements:

  • Significant experience in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical design principles and relevant software
  • Proficiency in conducting site investigations and interpreting geological data
  • Understanding of geotechnical risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
