As On's Head of Manufacturing Excellence, you will be responsible for bringing innovation fast track into inline. You lead On's manufacturing transformation with a long-term strategic vision.

You are passionate about process automation, you inspire our team to think beyond the status quo. You inspire our manufacturing partners to invest sustainably in new manufacturing technologies through a long-term vision, but also through facts and data.

You are excited for On's product, technology and innovation, and continuously strive to bring the next innovation fast into inline.

You are highly collaborative, you foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams in a complex reporting organization.

In your role, you will partner closely with Innovation, Product Creation, Sustainability, and the different functions within the sourcing organization, such as Sourcing Operations, Material, Costing, etc.

Your Mission

- Explore new manufacturing methods and technologies, initiate impactful projects to transform On's manufacturing processes.
- Drive and implement process automation projects through a pragmatic approach.
- Build strong relationships with our manufacturing partners, inspire a culture of continuous improvement and process innovation.
- Provide manufacturing, supply chain and scaling inputs for On's new innovation technologies.
- Drive implementation of new technologies into mass production, through clear project roadmap and management.
- Build strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure sufficient support for the success of the projects.
- With efficiency & quality in mind, track the progress of automation in bulk production

Your Story

- An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for manufacturing excellence
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing or manufacturing (across in-house and/or OEM environments) of high performance products
- You have 'deep' experience implementing automation in production
- You are native to a complex reporting organization, you are highly collaborative
- You will be based in Vietnam, with frequent travel to Zurich, Indonesia and China; our working language is English
