We have an interesting and unique opportunity for a Registration Assistant to join our Peterborough based professional body client.

In this varied role you will be dealing with large volumes of correspondence both email and written, as well as being first point of contact for incoming calls from the public and registered users of the service.

You will have authority to apply policy and give advice and direction to registered users, the public and other interested parties

Your will be responsible for: -

  • Enrolment and registration of apprentices and newly qualified apprentices
  • Produce enrolment and presentation packs
  • Ensuring data based of registered users is up to date and all changes are made within agreed timescales
  • Lead for data sharing agreements
  • Auditing and archiving of all registered files ensuring compliance with internal policies and GDPR
  • Preparing and managing reports for Council meetings and ensuring all actions from Council meetings are implemented.
  • Review and write registration related articles for internal and external audiences

You will be: -

  • Experienced in working within an office environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Knowledge of compliance, policy and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail is a priority along with a flexible attitude to changing priorities.
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team or on own initiative.
