Do you have LiveOps Manager experience, and are you seeking a new job in Guildford? Skillsearch is helping a newly refurbed studio recruit a LiveOps Manager, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a LiveOps Manager, you will help us coordinate all aspects of our live service, including events, monetisation, and any other seasonal content updates. You will report to the Head of Product and work closely with all teams involved in design, production, art and narrative.

In your first few weeks in this Live Ops Manager role, you can expect to:

Plan and organise the live calendar of events, bundles, and content updates 

Work with product and analytics to understand what content is working for players 

Assist with ongoing user research and community efforts to inform roadmap 

Implement config and balance changes needed for live updates 

To apply for this Live Ops Manager role, you will need experience in a live service, F2P, or other game/product with regular updates. You will also require the following:

Experience in using Excel/Sheets/Dashboards to work with data and drive decisions 

Experience in either event, pricing, economy, monetization or system design 

Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
