Our client school, a two-form entry establishment, is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their enthusiastic team. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum,
tailored to the needs and abilities of Year 3 students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued
and supported in their academic and personal development.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their
learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and
partnership in supporting student welfare and progress.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching Year 3 students is desirable but not essential; we welcome
applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies to
promote student engagement and attainment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
