What we are looking for: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly effective teacher to play a key role in the delivery of our English Curriculum for Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have an important role in delivering high quality lessons, increasing the opportunities for a broad and balanced curriculum. 

This would be an ideal role for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding provision for children who may present with challenging behaviour, and who has an understanding of complex needs and some experience in social and emotional health difficulties. 

Applications are welcome from experienced teachers, NQTs, and former teachers returning to teaching.

• Have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver additional subjects. 

• Achieve outstanding student outcomes.  

• The skills & determination to make a significant difference to the lives of the community we serve. 

• Experience of effectively risk assessing activities 

 

You will have: 

• QTS/QTLS 

• First Degree or Certificate of Education 

• Substantial and relevant experience with Special Educational Needs, preferably SEMH  

• Relevant and recent professional development conducive to the post  

• Experience of contributing to successful Ofsted outcomes
