They are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team and help maintain and expand client relationships.
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management for an MSP.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with current services.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to discuss their IT needs and performance.Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and present new solutions to clients.Monitor client accounts to identify and mitigate potential risks.Prepare regular reports on account status, including key metrics, client feedback, and service performance.Analyse client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience & requirements:
Previous experience in account management, within the IT SectorProven track record of managing and growing client accounts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues proactively.Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.A Full UK Driving licence is required as some travel will be required in this role
