Your primary responsibility will be supporting the sales team as the first point of contact for all product, delivery, projects, and billing questions across UK, EU & Australia. You will be handling customer purchase order requests, tracking shipments and billing-related inquiries. Outstanding customer service skills along with strong attention to detail are an absolute must for this role.

Knowledge, qualifications, and experience sought:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a customer support / admin role and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Order processing experience including managing deadlines, and working professionally to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Excellent phone etiquette with clear verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to proactively solve issues.
  • Experience of working in an inventory-based business.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements with a genuine desire to help customers resolve issues.
  • Competent in the use of Excel to create reports and analyse data.
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Team player with ability to work well with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience highly advantageous.
  • Logistics and supply chain knowledge with domestic and international shipments will be an advantage.

English speaking with German and/or French as additional languages will be considered a plus (although not essential).
