Senior Architectural Technologist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary contractor design company based in Norfolk.

This well renowned company provide architectural, structural and civil engineering design assistance to one of the largest privately-owned construction companies in the country. They work closely with their construction companies to provide clients with a fully integrated design and build service.

As such, we are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who will be capable of assuming the role of Principal Designer and undertaking the design and coordination of major projects from initial concept through to completion.

The Senior Architectural Technologist role can be based out of offices in either King's Lynn or Thetford.

Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Min 10 years post grad experience in the UK working across a variety of sectors
• Current MCIAT or ACIAT membership (or working towards)
• Highly knowledgeable with UK Building Regulations and Planning Legislation
• A good understanding of general building technical detailing
• Confident operating within a client facing capacity
• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
• Full UK driving licence

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will operate within a role akin to a Principal/Associate in Consultancy. With that you will be greatly awarded with a lucrative salary, in the range of 45k - 60k (dependent on experience), along with the following benefits:
