This position presents a chance to engage with a diverse client base, providing legal services on a range of residential property matters. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team culture, competitive remuneration, and the flexibility that comes with a locum role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing expert legal advice and services to clients with utmost professionalism.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending a range of legal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate.
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in Residential Property Law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
