They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes. Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for value stream (Product Line) performance – Quality, Delivery on-time etc.

  • Owner of the Assembly value stream (Scheduling and Operations) and key stakeholder in the demand scheduling for the primary functions (internal manufacture and purchasing)
  • Focal point for Ops and Supply Chains reporting structures
  • Key contact to maintain customer relationships, both via Customer Service & Product Management Teams and directly with customers
  • Observe and comply with Health and Safety regulations as laid down in company procedures and Government legislation.
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by the business from time to time.
