Family Lawyer – Competitive Salary

County Durham

We are seeking a Family Law Accredited Lawyer [or a lawyer who will secure accreditation within 12 months of appointment] with strong advocacy skills and experience of dealing in all aspects of Family Law including private and public family law proceedings to lead our busy and highly regarded Family Department. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is organised, has a good client manner, and will lead the team with enthusiasm.  You must be experienced in running and managing a caseload, working independently and remotely when the need arises due to court commitments. 

You will represent clients in meetings with social services and at family courts throughout the North East of England and provide leadership to the team on a daily basis.

Pay:  Competitive Salary dependent on experience + performance related bonus on accreditation.
