Contracts Manager - High Spec Residential
Salary: GBP85,000 GBP95,000 + Benefits
Location: Oxfordshire
  • Start building a new region for a leading super prime residential refurbishment contractor with over two decades of industry excellence.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a new region for this contractor and start by overseeing 2 prestigious super prime residential projects in Oxfordshire. Managed by a company renowned for its impeccable workmanship, these high-spec projects require full responsibility from procurement to completion. Your focus on these projects will be on programme management, quality assurance, health and safety, and financial oversight, with an eye to being to build a regional team and win more work in the area. This role offers a clear path to advance into a Regional Director position, leading the company's expansion in the region.

About the Company: Our client is a prominent super prime residential refurbishment contractor based in the South East with over 20 years of experience. The company is celebrated for its meticulous craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, having successfully completed numerous high-profile projects across southern England. Specializing in high-end residential projects from GBP1m to GBP20m, they excel in delivering comprehensive project and cost management paired with innovative design. The company s success is rooted in hiring top industry professionals, many of whom have played key roles in executing high-profile projects. Requirements & Rewards: You ll need extensive experience in managing high-spec residential projects, with strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams. A deep understanding of contract management, risk identification, and programming is essential. Local experience in similar projects is a significant advantage. In return, you ll receive a competitive salary ranging from GBP85,000 to GBP95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes travel and healthcare perks.
