We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join an excellent, international organisation with a record of strong sales growth, based near Portsmouth.As part of a well-established and collaborative team, you will manage corporation tax reporting and get exposure to most areas of direct tax while liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to resolve tax-related issues.Reporting to the Tax Director, you will be responsible for:Corporation tax reporting for several entities across the UK and EuropeLeading a team of 2 staffExtensive liaison with senior finance staff across the business to resolve tax queriesReviewing annual tax calculations for several countries and regionsEnsuring compliance with transfer pricingDealing with patent box and R&D tax issues, making sure these are processed accuratelyDriving process changes and improving efficiency What you will need:To be a qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMAATT or CTA qualifications would be beneficialPrevious experience in a similar role, such as Senior Tax Manager / Tax Manager / Corporation Tax Manager / Tax AccountantWorking background in a complex, international organisationA focus on continuous improvementFMCG / manufacturing / distribution / logistics sector experience is beneficial What you will get:15% bonus based on performanceCar allowance of £8.5kHybrid working (min. 2 days in office)Enhanced pensionPrivate medicalLife assuranceMental health support If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
