Salary: £42,261 to £53,265
Location: Kent/Merton - covering the local region
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 31st December 2024
This is an exciting opportunity to join us whilst we are expanding our Responsive Repairs team across Kent/Merton. All vacancies are initially on a fixed term contract arrangement.
We're recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to deliver a professional surveying service, carry out pre & post-inspection and create reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
You'll be the face of Clarion for our customers, delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We'll look to you to deliver a professional surveying service including overseeing major and complex disrepair works, responsive repairs, voids and aids & adaptations, carrying out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports and providing accurate technical advice with competent and thorough surveys.
You'll ideally hold a recognised qualification in a property related discipline such as a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3, or a degree level qualification and be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB. We are also looking for someone that is experienced in legal disrepair.
