As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work as part of a finance team delivering the monthly reporting cycle, budgets, business plans, etc., and support the financial management of the business and drive efficiencies using technology and specialist knowledge.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Forecasting and working on the budget process including updating the budget model
  • Liasing with budget holders regularly and sharing budget trackers
  • Providing analysis and feedback on performance vs budget
  • Owning capitalisation of development costs including maintaining the intangible asset register and posting relevant journals
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous forecasting and budgeting experience
  • Good technical accounting skills and operational experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Xero and SAP accounting systems.
