Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious ADT Operator with a valid Blue CPCS Card to join our team in Grantham. The ideal candidate will have experience operating articulated dump trucks on construction sites and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate articulated dump trucks (ADTs) in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Transport materials, soil, and other loads to and from designated areas.
  • Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.


Requirements:

  • Valid Blue CPCS Card for ADT operation.
  • Proven experience operating ADTs on construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks when required.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
