Salary: Up to 30,000 per year
Location: Fully Remote (Option to work from Derbyshire office)

About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join my clients team. In this fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option to come into the Derbyshire office if you prefer a hybrid model. You'll manage our social media presence, developing and executing strategies that grow engagement, brand awareness, and online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience engagement and drive traffic.
  • Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of social media developments.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management (3 minimum).
  • Tools such as Adobe, Canva & Hootsuite would be desirable.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimise performance.
