About the role

Empower delivery teams to ensure efficient product delivery across various product families.Resolve issues that could impede progress.Assist in projection and goals of the Product Manager and Head of Centre of Excellence.Act as a scrum master when necessary.Manage delivery planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.Engage actively in our communities and guilds to help shape our culture and processes.Take ownership of incident investigations and resolutions, participating in resolving major incidents and problem records.Cultivate an agile mindset and promote a positive team culture.Demonstrate proactive behaviour and readiness to tackle challenges.

About you

Confident ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively to ensure understanding.Skill in motivating team members to meet deadlines and foster a motivational work environment.Proficiency in balancing innovation with service stability.Familiarity and working knowledge with planning tools and delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, Jira, and Trello.

Experience

Extensive experience of the full end to end software development life cycle, with a working understanding of each relevant stage.ITIL experience and technical knowledge to run various phases of software delivery.Strong expertise in relationship management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement up to the Director level.Demonstrated experience in reporting and effective risk and issue management.Understanding of the agile mindset and ability to apply it in various scenarios.Experience in managing and coaching empowered teams.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, and team members.Experience in managing expectations and resolving conflicts diplomatically.

Delivery Focus:

A track record of delivering high-quality products or solutions on time and within budget.Experience in tracking progress and drive improvements.
